We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will be kept on file for more than 60 days in order to recur transactions previously authorized by client, we do not otherwise store infomation online.
Do we use cookies?
We do not store cookies except those required to process credit cards during the authorization process.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Security
- Credit card security code is not stored in any database, log files or point of sales systems or even asked for during processing.
- Only the last 4 digits of the credit card number may be displayed.
- All credit card account numbers must be encrypted or truncated to the last four digits prior to storing in database, backup media and logs.
- When credit card data is sent over public networks, such as the internet, it must be encrypted.
- Credit card data must be encrypted when sent via e-mail, instant message or chat.
- All printed credit card data must be secured against unauthorized access.
- All card holder data must be destroyed prior to disposal.
- A background check must be run for all employees with access to credit card data.
- Access to credit card information restricted to individuals requiring it in the course of performing normal job duties.
- Data transmission shall use SSL 3.0 or higher with minimum 128 bit encryption key length or other industry accepted encryption applications with prior approval.
- Use of proven standard encryption algorithms only with at least 128 bit encryption key length.
- Independent review of proprietary algorithms.
- encryption of PAN data when stored.
- Masking of credit card information so that only the last 4 digits are visible when printed or displayed.

- All system users, including employees, contractors and vendors are required to read all information regarding security policies and sign an agreement verifying they have read and understood them.
- All policies are reviewed annually and updated as needed.
- A security awareness program that contains specific information about handling credit cards and card numbers will be made available for Credit Card handlers.
